Jared DuBosar is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of Proskauer’s Antitrust Group. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust, fiduciary, and insurance disputes.
Jared has represented prominent biopharmaceutical, agriculture, and petroleum companies in federal and state antitrust cases. Jared has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation, including managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and guiding cases through to trial. He also advises clients in criminal and regulatory investigations by federal agencies and state attorneys general.
Jared has served as a key member of trial teams in multiple high-profile cases throughout the country. Recently, Jared played a pivotal role in the defense of Sanderson Farms in one of the largest antitrust trials in the agriculture industry, where the team successfully defeated $7 billion in claims. Jared was also a member of the litigation team representing the Financial Oversight and Management Board in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico’s historic bankruptcy proceedings.
Jared earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated second in his class. After law school, Jared clerked for two federal judges—United States District Judge Donald Middlebrooks (S.D. Fla.) and United States Magistrate Judge Tu Pham (W.D. Tenn.).
