Imaan is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Department and a member of its Private Funds Group. She advises fund sponsors on a range of matters including: the establishment and structuring of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and managed accounts, carried interest and co-investment incentive arrangements, and ongoing fund maintenance, internal governance and operational matters. 

Imaan’s fundraising experience for sponsors spans a wide variety of asset classes including: buyout, venture and growth capital, emerging markets, infrastructure and energy, and the real estate sectors. Her range of experience includes work for first time sponsors as well as established multi-asset sponsors.

Imaan is one of a few women selected to be a Protégée for Proskauer’s Women's Sponsorship Program, an initiative that champions high-performing mid-level and senior lawyers as emerging leaders.
