Eugenio A. Duron-Carielo

Eugenio Duron-Carielo is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Trials Group and Mass Torts & Products Liability Group. He represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters throughout all stages of litigation. Having worked on multiple jury trials through verdict, Eugenio has extensive experience in briefing and arguing motions, assisting with key fact and expert witness depositions, drafting direct and cross-examinations, and preparing witnesses for trial. He combines his trial experience and M.B.A. to deliver a sharp, analytical approach in high-stakes matters.

Before joining Proskauer, Eugenio obtained his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from New York University. During his time at NYU, he served as a Fellow at the Glucksman Institute for Research in Securities Markets, a staff editor for the NYU Tax Law Review, and President of NYU Law’s Dean’s Cup. He also worked at the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, Division of Enforcement in New York City. Prior to attending law school, Eugenio earned a B.B.A. in finance from The University of Texas.
