Elma Delic Colletti is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. Specifically, Elma advises on the various stages of private equity fund formation and counsels private investment fund sponsors on all aspects of their business. Elma’s clients operate a wide range of strategies, including venture capital, growth equity, co-investment, secondary and fund-of-funds, and have assets under management ranging from tens of millions to over one hundred billion dollars.

Previously, Elma advised companies, investment advisors, and financial institutions before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice.
