Chris Mercurio represents and advises businesses and organizations in all aspects of real estate transactions, commercial leasing, and land use and development.
Chris has experience in drafting and negotiating purchase sale agreements and managing due diligence for commercial real estate transactions involving industrial, office, multi-family residential and retail properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a judicial intern for the Honorable Keith C. Long of the Massachusetts Land Court and the Honorable Thomas R. Murtagh of the Middlesex Superior Court. While in law school, he was a research assistant to Professor James Fleming at Boston University School of Law.
