Charles Cohen is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. He helps asset managers navigate the formation, fundraising, and ongoing operational needs of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity, hedge, credit, and hybrid funds. His experience includes negotiating seed and strategic investments, and advising managers on co-investment vehicles, funds-of-one, and managed accounts.

Charles also advises asset managers and their principals on structuring management companies, succession planning, and other upper tier arrangements.
