Ameya Mithe is a Tax Associate and a member of the Private Funds group.

Ameya advises private fund asset managers on tax aspects of fundraising and in the structuring of their investment funds, carried interest and co-investment arrangements, as well as other house tax matters.

Previously, Ameya has been a tax advisor in multiple jurisdictions spanning Europe and Asia and has advised several clients in the private funds industry.  Ameya is also experienced in the tax structuring of M&A transactions for private equity, real estate, private credit, and infrastructure funds, with a particular focus on Luxembourg funds and holding structures.
