Alon Elhanan is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Sports Law Group. He advises sports leagues, teams, conferences and investors on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, media rights agreements, sponsorship agreements, expansions, restructurings, and corporate governance matters.
Alon earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent scholar. While at Columbia, Alon served as co-president of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society (EASLS) and as an editor of the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts.
Prior to law school, Alon worked as a management consultant, where he advised private equity and strategy clients on investments and other matters in the media, tech, and retail and consumer industries.
