Proskauer has been selected as legal counsel to the Statutory Unsecured Claimholders’ Committee of Zachry Holdings Inc., in their chapter 11 cases filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas on May 21, 2024.  Zachry Holdings Inc., and several affiliates that make up the Zachry Industrial business, have reported billions of dollars in liabilities.
