Session 2: Liability Management Transactions - Part II
In Session 2, we will build on the themes discussed in Session 1, further exploring the increasing prevalence of liability management transactions in the global leveraged finance markets. Expanding on the various techniques borrowers have employed to incur additional debt or alter their capital structures, we will dive deeper into the impact on existing creditors. This session will also continue to focus on creditor protections, examining practical measures to pre-empt the anticipated rise in liability management transactions across Europe.
