The UCC International Commercial Law Subcommittee hosted a virtual CLE panel about Navigating ESG in the Global Financial Markets – Tips and Trends on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at the ABA Business Law Section's 2021 Annual Meeting.

The market adoption of Environmental, Social and Governance products has rapidly accelerated. Panelists discussed deal structures and documentation trends as well as evolving disclosure requirements from the SEC and EU regulatory bodies. Additionally, they imparted best practices to perfect unique ESG collateral categories, such as carbon credits.
