A bicoastal litigator with 35 years of success, she fiercely fights high-profile battles for her entertainment clients, Sandy also negotiates pre-litigation and pre-trial resolutions of highly sensitive and confidential personal and entertainment-related disputes. Sandy’s accomplishments include major victories for recording artists, songwriters, record companies and music publishers in defending and prosecuting music copyright infringement cases. Notably, Sandy is the National Legal Counsel for the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences and has long served on the Board of Directors of the GRAMMY Museum’s Entertainment Law Initiative.
Tony serves as co-chair of Proskauer’s Labor & Employment Department and as head of its West Coast Labor & Employment group in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He brings a unique wealth of experience to high-end employment litigation matters, including in the music and entertainment industry.
