July 18, 2012 (Los Angeles) – Proskauer California Labor & Employment Law Group co-heads Anthony J. Oncidi and Kenneth Sulzer have been named to the Daily Journal’s annual list of “Top California Labor and Employment Lawyers,”which honors 75 leading labor and employment litigators and corporate and regulatory practitioners for successfully serving their clients and for playing a significant role in California law over the past year. This is the third year that Mr. Oncidi has received this honor and the second time for Mr. Sulzer.
Mr. Oncidi represents employers and management in all aspects of labor relations and employment law. A substantial portion of his practice involves the defense of employers in large class actions, employment discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination, as well as trade secret and non-compete, litigation in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Sulzer focuses his practice on class actions involving wage and hour cases, in addition to Fair Labor Standards Act, California Labor Code and Equal Employment Opportunity matters. His experience includes National Labor Relations Board cases, Department of Labor investigations, collective bargaining and various arbitration matters, as well as issues involving employee privacy, employment tax, drug testing, sexual harassment law and OSHA.
