David Chen is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group. David represents private credit funds in financing transactions and has experience in unitranche, first and second lien, secured and unsecured mezzanine, split collateral, and other deal structures in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, restructurings, and forbearances, across a wide range of industries.
David earned his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor of the Journal of Law & Business and a Korematsu Chair of the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association.
