Serena Warner is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Finance Group. She represents both borrowers and lenders in a variety of corporate financings, fund financings, and acquisition financings.
In addition to her legal practice, Serena is actively involved and passionate about numerous not-for-profit causes. She does pro bono work for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and My Sisters’ Place and has advised pro bono clients such as Parity Productions, a non-profit organization that empowers women, trans, and gender-expansive artists in NYC theatre.
Serena earned her J.D. from NYU, where she was selected into the inaugural class of Women's Leadership Fellows Program (WLFP) and served as managing editor of the N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. While at NYU, Serena worked as a legal intern at the Brooklyn Nets in the Business & Legal Affairs department.
