Scott Patrick Thurman is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Leveraged Finance Group and the Private Credit Group. Scott represents private credit providers, business development corporations and investment banks in arranging sponsor-backed acquisition financings, restructurings and recapitalizations. Scott has extensive experience with a broad spectrum of leveraged finance products, including senior secured and unitranche credit facilities, second lien financings, high yield notes offerings and equity co-investments and kickers.  He advises clients through the full lifecycle of their deals, from structuring and origination through liability management issues and out-of-court workouts.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Scott was a U.S. Fulbright Scholar in Hong Kong.
