Pierfrancesco Bencivenga is an associate and member of the Capital Markets Group and Global Finance practice.

Pierfrancesco specializes in corporate and securities law matters advising financial institutions and public and private corporations in a range of cross-border corporate finance transactions, including leveraged acquisition financing, investment grade and high yield debt offerings, syndicated loans, bridge financings, tender offers and registered and unregistered securities offerings in reliance on Regulation S and/or Rule 144A.

Pierfrancesco has previously been based with his prior firms in New York City, Milan and London where he spent nine months on client secondment at Morgan Stanley.

Pierfrancesco is admitted to the New York State Bar and to the Italian Bar.
