Philip Kaminski is a partner in the Finance Group whose practice focuses on secured finance transactions. He has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions including acquisition financings, asset-based lending facilities, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, restructurings and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. His practice also includes working on different types of fund financings, including subscription lines and NAV facilities. Philip’s representative clients include institutional investors, private equity sponsors as well as public companies.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Philip was an associate at Vedder Price, where he worked in their global transportation finance group and specialized in representing banks and institutional investors in the financing of aircraft using a variety of transaction structures including mortgage financings, back-leveraged lease financings, EETC financings and warehouse financings.
