Mary Grace Richardson is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department and a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.
Mary Grace’s practice covers nearly all aspects of broad-based employee benefit plans, including qualified retirement plans and non-qualified arrangements, health and welfare benefits, and fringe benefit programs. She counsels both single-employer and multiemployer clients on matters pertaining to plan administration, participant communications and disclosures, design and tax-qualification, as well as regulatory, legislative and legal compliance. In addition, she assists plan sponsors as they navigate plan mergers, spin-offs and terminations.
For multiemployer clients, she serves as legal counsel to the boards of trustees of a number of Taft-Hartley pension and welfare plans in the construction, private sanitation, grocery, and healthcare industries.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Mary Grace clerked for Chief Judge S. Maurice Hicks, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
