Mark Bunbury, Jr. focuses on leading and executing on the firm’s core commitment to inclusiveness and fostering an environment where everyone has access to the tools, relationships, and opportunities to excel.  Mark actively partners with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop initiatives and programs that advance the firm’s business strategy while ensuring the broadest possible access to opportunities across the entire Proskauer community. 

Prior to joining Proskauer, Mark spent several years serving as a senior HR leader/EEO Officer and practiced as a Labor and Employment lawyer.

Mark has served on numerous non-profit boards, including serving in senior leadership roles for several community-based and professional organizations advancing inclusion in the legal industry.
