Jordan Duval is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Sports Law and Entertainment, Copyright, and Media groups. Jordan has worked extensively on various complex litigation matters, including class action defense, contract disputes, copyright infringement, business torts, and securities litigation.
Jordan maintains an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on immigration and criminal law. He successfully represented a client facing automatic deportation in his appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and obtained asylum for a LGBTQ+ client who fled persecution in Cuba.
Jordan clerked for the Honorable George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. During law school, Jordan served as a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and externed for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway Jr. for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and multiple government entities.
