J. Ryan Murphy is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Ryan has experience working with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in both domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as providing clients with a wide range of day-to-day corporate solutions for commercial, capital structure and governance matters.
