Proskauer

Alice Dawson-Loynes is the Practice Manager and PSL for the Private Credit Group in London. In her role, Alice manages the training and development of the team, as well as providing knowledge products internally and also for clients, including initiatives such as the Proskauer Private Credit Academy. She has over 15 years of experience specialising in leveraged finance and general corporate lending. Prior to joining Proskauer, she was a senior knowledge lawyer and also a transactional lawyer working for international firms in London, Dubai and Hong Kong.
